YES Sir!

My date with Sir Elton was so much more than I'd ever could have hoped it would be. He sang my three favourites - Your Song, Daniel and Levon. The man is over 60 but he entertained for almost three hours with no break and his voice never waivered once. It was perfection, as strong at the end as it was at the beginning. And his piano playing. I could have just listened to him make those ivories soar! The man should be a concert pianist at Carnegie Hall. He was unbelievable beyond words. Songwriter, singer, piano man - Elton John reigns supreme! If I had to give this concert a rating, it would be stars uncharted - off the top. And how gracious a performer. He acknowledged the crowd in such kind, appreciative ways, like signing autographs and shaking hands clear across the front of the stage. He did a phenomenal encore and then quietly left the stage. But not my heart. It still sings with his music.
